As demonstrated by the testcase, Evince does not follow in-PDF links correctly.
The PDF in question was built from a LaTeX presentation and includes two
sections with three and two pages, respectively.
The source was edited with gedit with the LaTeX plugin from
http://live.gnome.org/Gedit/LaTeXPlugin.
Selecting “Second section” on the first page lets Evince jump to the
last page, one page after the actual beginning of the second section.
Similar behaviour with the other links.
