I also attach new dmesg from stable Kubuntu hardy live DVD.

** Attachment added: "dmesg.txt"
   http://launchpadlibrarian.net/15318213/dmesg.txt

** Tags added: drivers kernel linux

** Description changed:

I can't boot live CD/DVD and installed system without pci=nomsi. Booting
stops with initramfs prompt.
- Using live DVD witch pci=nomsi boot parameter all seems to be good, but
during partitioning installer can't see any partitions on my SATA hard disk, so
I can't install Kubuntu on that disk.
