Thanks for your bug report.
1/ This is not a bug: orage is still loaded in memory when you deinstall
it, that's why its icon doesn't disappear.
2/ For the xlockmore package inclusion, I reaffected the bug at the
xubuntu-meta package and marked it as a wishlist.
