The only significant change was adding libxext-dev to Build-Depends.

In Debian, they also removed a Build-Depends on x-dev. If x-dev is
needed on Ubuntu, then this package can not be synced. However, if x-dev
is not needed as a Build-Depends on Ubuntu, then we can safely sync this
package.
