Here are the most recent Ubuntu entries in debian/changelog:

* Add libxext-dev to Build-Depends.

The only significant change was adding libxext-dev to Build-Depends.
This change has been added upstream. The Debian version currently Build-
Depends on: debhelper(>= 5.0), quilt, libx11-dev, libxext-dev, and
xutils-dev. As you can see, libxext-dev has been added. We can drop the
other Ubuntu changes. This allows us to safely sync this package.
