*** This bug is a security vulnerability ***

You have been subscribed to a public security bug by Jamie Strandboge
(jdstrand):

If you set password aging for your user account (assuming a single
person/single human user account):

sudo passwd -x 15 john

The password immediately expires. The next time you login via GDM you'll
be prompted for a new password. PolicyKit enabled apps also crash, as
I've explained in a different bug report.

Also, sudo seems to become infinite and doesn't expire (ie doesn't
require the password to be inputted again). For this reason I've marked
this as a security issue too.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
