I would like to install 2.5.4.dfsg-0ubuntu2.1 from hardy-proposed as I have experienced the same bug. I don't find hardy-release or hardy- proposed nor do I find 'release' anywhere in the sources.list file except in comments. I can't tell which line(s) I need to modify to get the newer version.
