Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: eclipse
All plugins are shown as "non usable" in the configuration manager.
Impossible to update any plugin via update manager, the result is always an
error.
Impossible to install new plugins.
The only way to get a workable eclipse is to download it directly from
ecplipse.org and then install it.
The issue is reported against all Ubuntu from 7.04 up to 8.04. Not
tested on other versions.
