Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I have a twin monitor setup where one is Horizontal and the other
vertical.
If I have the application maximised in the vertical one and hover on
tool bar at the bottom, The tool tips seem to align with the bottom of
the horizontal monitor (appears in the vertical monitor).
