I collected the various bits of information here, prepared fixes, and
sent them upstream:
* X31 model number "2885" from dhd
* A31 model number "2652" from jason123
* X32 additional dpms_suspend from sten
I'll ask upstream for conventions how to handle Paul's situation where
the model name cannot be detected. Thank you!
