Probably only minor, really. This is a bug from an SVN version of
python-gdata we ship along side Conduit because the distros are normally
too out of date. We don't use the Google Apps API, so this bug is just a
warning and doesn't break Conduit in anyway shape or form - you can
still sync your Google Contacts, Calendar, Photos despite the message.
We upgraded to a newer SVN version of the python gdata stuff recently to
improve YouTube support, and that fixed this bug for the next release of
Conduit.

If you have a decent version of python-gdata in intrepid you should be
able to disable our gdata blob...

There will be a new release before GUADEC, and I expect it will get
sync'd from Debian quite quickly.

I've fixed this in the PPA.
