Apport apparently can't generate anything but damaged crash reports in
some instances for me.
Version 0.108.2
I crash epiphany-gecko occasionally, and apport catches it and generates
a crash report...then, when it prompts me to report problem, it informs
me that the problem report is damaged and cannot be processed, and
stops.
