I have the same problem on my Toshiba Tecra M6. I am not entirely sure
what all of the commands mean in the text file attached to emmet's
comment above this comment, but I repeated most of them on my system and
the results are pasted below. If I can provide any more information
about my system, please let me know and I would be happy to do so.
