Hi Randy, thanks for using Ubuntu and taking the time to file a bug
report! It looks like you are using an outdated version of Firefox 3,
which might be causing this issue. Can you update by either using
Ubuntu's graphical updater, or running "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-
get upgrade" from a terminal, to get the latest version of firefox. Then
make sure to restart firefox, try again, and report bank. Thanks!
