Public bug reported:
Using a Dell c640. Standard ATI driver.
Tried every setting in the gnome-power-saver control panel. Nothing
works --whenever I close the lid, Edgy logs me out of the session.
Hal bug? ACPI bug? Something else?
Thanks for your attention.
P.S. Manual suspend using System > Quit > Suspend works fine and will
allow me to close the lid without logging out.
