I've gotten this to work on v3.0.4 by downloading the splist.zip file from bluetack and extracting it. Point ktorrent to this splist.txt file and then click download/convert. Click yes to the "Filter file (level1.dat) already exists, do you want to convert it again?" prompt and it will begin to convert the file. Takes about 15-30 secs on my 1.6G processor.
I still cannot download the file directly from bluetack from ktorrent.
