Binary package hint: evince
When I print PDF documents whose pages are smaller than the paper in my
printer (A4), evince always scales them up so that cover the whole page
it at least one dimension. This is also visible in the print preview. I
have set "Scale" to 100% and "Shrink Page" to "Crop".
