I just verified this with version 4.3.beta2-14.1ubuntu1 in Intrepid.
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.5-5), libident (>= 0.22-3), libsocks4, libsocks4
Since ${shlibs:Depends} causes libsocks4 to be added to the list of
Dependencies, there is no need manually add it. Since updating the
maintainer field in debian/control is not a significant enough change to
require a merge, I feel that we should sync this package.
