Binary package hint: kwalletmanager
kwalletmanager do not rememeber passwords after session/system restart
(kubuntu: dapper, and edgy); do not start automatticly; starting
manually store passwords/users but loose it after system/sesion restart;
all files important for kwallet (/home/user/.kde) exist
