Could you please boot into recovery mode and check if you have a option
"dpkg - Repair broken packages" there? If so, please run it.
If not, please log into failsafe terminal and run:
$ sudo -s
dpkg --configure -a
apt-get update
apt-get install -f
apt-get dist-upgrade
and let me know if that works. Please also include the files in /var/log
/dist-upgrade/* to this bugreport so that we can diagnose what went
wrong during the upgrade.
