Public bug reported:

On my Thinkpad T41 with Intel ipw2100 wireless card the Network Manager
in Hardy intermittently drops wireless connection for about 1-2 seconds.
This appears to happen in bursts, with the connection staying up for
several minutes and then getting dropped a number of times in a row,
every 5-6 seconds or so. The messages "Supplicant state changed: 0" and
"Supplicant state changed: 1" appear in the syslog after the event. The
laptop is connected to Linksys WRT54GL with WPA Personal security and
used to have a solid connection on Ubuntu 7.10 and before.

Any ideas as to what else I could try to get more information about the
issue?
