Had the usual problem: being asked for my WPA-Enterprise password over
and over by nm-applet but no association.

This time I tried disabling wireless networks (right click nm-applet,
uncheck Enable Wireless) then deleted my WPA-Enterprise AP from the
wireless networks list (right click nm-applet, Edit Wireless Networks...
select AP and delete). Turned on Wireless again (right click nm-applet,
check Enable Wireless) and association worked fine.

This looks like a problem in the way the password is stored and handled
by Network Manager for WPA-Enterprise AP's
