I also have the corrupted Terminal screen after upgrading to Hardy.
Also, however, System Monitor is showing similar corruption on my
systems (see attachment).
I'm seeing this corruption on two very different machines that I have:
1) IBM Thinkpad (with the Neomagic NM2200 [MagicGraph 256AV] (rev
20) )
2) VIA Mini-ITX (not sure of the graphics chip set. I'll post it
later.)
It appears this bug is not isolated to the xfce-terminal. Perhaps its in
the gtk lib as previously commented?
I hope someone will take this more seriously soon!
