Bluefish comes with two .desktop files: One for .bfproject files (opened with `bluefish -n -p %f' - only for .bfproject files and without a menu entry in the GNOME menu) and one for all other files (`bluefish %F' with the entry in the GNOME menu). So you removed the possibility to open project files correctly. Congratulations!
