Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and help to improve
Ubuntu.
While the sort order here is non-intuitive to those of us who are used
to "standard" Unix filename sorting in the C locale, this is
nevertheless the "correct" sort order for the Spanish locale as defined
in glibc, and should not be changed.
There are many users who prefer to use the C sort order even though they
want messages to be localized into their language. If you are one of
these users, I recommend that you set LC_COLLATE=C in your environment -
such as by adding it to /etc/default/locale, or to the .profile in your
home directory.
