There is no information here showing that you have gotten access to any
files that you were not allowed to according to the permissions on those
files.  It is certainly not a bug in coreutils (where this bug, for some
reason, has been assigned), because coreutils doesn't implement security
checks, that's the responsibility of the kernel - and the kernel
implements the security checks that have been specified by the user when
creating and modifying files, either using the 'umask' command or the
'chmod' command.  If you are concerned with other users being able to
access your files, please familiarize yourself with these commands, or
with the Properties->Permissions tab available by right-clicking on any
file or folder in the GNOME desktop environment.
