Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: qlandkarte
qlandkarte can't load map data to the GPS device when run as normal
user. I get this error message: "Failed to obtain GPS properties. Failed
to configure USB: could not set config 1: Operation not permitted". When
running qlandkarte as root, it works without problems.
I have QLandkarte 0.7.1, Ubuntu Hardy and a Garmin Legend HCx device.
