This feature is inactive by a choice of KDE, I think they never finished
the implementation. Literally the feature is not broken, it is just not
available for use. Thus I am closing this report.
By the way, this report is also filed against the wrong package, and I
am sure there is another report on a more appropriate location, so we
will not loose track of this issue :-)
