Public bug reported:
Add the lines needed to get a11y working on the xubuntu liveCD and on the
installed system to the casper-bottom and ubiquity accessibility hooks.
Also completes the gnome-mag not starting patch (bug 67155) by adding the
ubiquity part
and fixes a (possible?) typo where the kde ubiquity hooks do not affect the
installed system because they use use /root instead of /target
