I have tried to do it but it says: sudo aptitude reinstall openssl ?

and i have run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' and it says:sudo dpkg --configure -a
dpkg: error processing openssl (--configure):
 Package is in a very bad inconsistent state - you should
 reinstall it before attempting configuration.
