Note: 7.04 is very old and is still subject to this bug, we are not
planning on fixing this bug on 7.04 since it is not security related. It
has already been fixed in 8.04 however.

Yes, this is intended to save space. For gtk we are installing human,
for kde crystal, the others fall back to one of those two. If neither of
those are installed then it will fail yes, but those should be getting
installed automatically assuming you have one of openoffice.org-gtk or
openoffice.org-kde installed.
