The dosemu and dosemu-freedos packages were merged, see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=426708
Since the dosemu package already includes freedos in gutsy there is no need to
install dosemu-freedos.

Feel free to reopen if you still have this problem in hardy or later.
