Yes, have tried that without any luck. It seems that the driver doesn't like
the different resolution on my TV and monitor.
But here is a xorg.conf that seems to work fine in extended desktop mode
(without Xinerama) with two different resolutions. This seems to suggest that
it is not an issue as long as you don't specify two seperate screens with
different resolutions.
