Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: policykit-gnome

Went into "User Settings", choosed a user and opened "Properties". In the tab
"User Privileges" it looks like one can actually change the settings (which is
confusing). The real annoying thing is - if I get that I have to unlock first I
cannot do this in the dialog right away. I have to close the "Properties"
dialog, hit the Unlock button, enter the Password, hit ok, open "Properties"
again, go to tab "User Privileges" again and start editing.
So my proposal is that every dialog where one has to unlock before being able
to edit anything gets his own Unlock button.

** Affects: policykit-gnome (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
