Hello,
After upgrading a few days ago to 2.6.24-19-generic on i386 arch Ubuntu
8.04.1 and upgrading to latest nvidia package 169, I've started to see
instability in my system (its a mythbunutu).
digging a bit, discovered the following errors:
xorg would consume 100% of the cpu, and after a short while (2-5minutes) the
system would freeze.
the following errors would appear and the system would crash:

I've used envy-ng to update to the latest nvidia version, which improved system
stability.
I can now see picture freezes in my tv, followed the following errors:

however, the system can now recover and would not hang.
nevertheless, its quite annoying to watch TV in this manner, as the video
quality seems to be not as good (picture refresh rate etc).
I would assume that a change in Nvidia drivers or the kernel interrupt
handeling has introduced this problem.
