Error 404 means the browser is not finding a file. What sort of URLs
does it give you this for? Could it be your internet connection failing?
Do other programs accessing the internet break at the same time?
Since this bug doesn't happen for everyone, can you provide more details
of your system, and what might be making it happen? Did it start
appearing recently after you changed something?
Also, consider upgrading to Ubuntu 8.04, to see if it still happens with
newer packages.
