Binary package hint: update-manager
check and close buttons have the same accelerator key if check for
automatically updates is disabled.
so you can't use them reasonable, alt+C just switch between check and close
buttons and again and again because they have the same accelerator key.

steps to reproduce: just switch off automatically updates and start
update-manager
