** Description changed: My daughter had trouble when she tried to use Kodak EasyShare software, version 4.0.4.177 to acquire pictures which I believe I created using gThumb. I am reporting this to you as I imagine it is important to authors of gThumb to interoperate with Kodak software. I have no trouble making use of this site here. Problem solved by putting unprocessed camera files in separate directory and having her download one at a time. Neither she nor I is a power user, and we cannot answer complex questions or run complex tests. However, I will be happy to try simple things for you, run simple tests, etc. She may also be willing to help out with verification of simple stuff. + Follow on report: July 7 - downloaded Kodak Easyshare software (40MB+) + and tried to reproduce daughter's problem.
