Public bug reported:
linux-image 2.6.24-19.34 won't install and is not shown on in
/boot/grub/menu.lst in ubuntu 8,04. It however is shown in synaptic
package manager as being installed. sudo update-grub, lists the kernel.
/ partition has ample space - so lack of space is not an issue.
