Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kcontrol
The module in kcontrol that disables the system bell should give the
option of disabling it system-wide.
On method to do this is to add:
- exit 0
+ modprobe -r pcspkr
+ exit 0
to /etc/rc.local
** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
