To open the file for editing in Ubuntu, run
 gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
Then delete the last line of the file, save and close.  Then go to 
System->Administration->Software Sources and make sure the boxes are checked 
that you want.  Close that, and run
 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get upgrade
