The attached debdiff fixes the deprecated 'warn' keyword, changing it to
'warning'. I also checked for the other depricated keywords mentioned in
the syslog.conf manual page, but there weren't any.

I checked there is no regression. I installed the new version and using
the logger tool I made sure the 3 syslog.conf rules I touched still work
as before.
