Public bug reported:
The desktop menu (macosx style) doesn't integrate in the kicker (or other way
around) in kdebase from edgy.
The desktop menu stays in the top of the screen with a kicker bar below it.
Normally they should combine to form one bar.
This bug didn't excist on the 3.5.5 packages in dapper before upgrading.
