line 14 of /usr/bin/debuild-pbuilder:
"$PBUILDERROOTCMD" "$PBUILDERSATISFYDEPENDSCMD"
$PBUILDERROOTCMD as set in /etc/pbuilderrc or
/usr/share/pbuilder/pbuilderrc is "sudo -E", which results in this being
called as a single command rather than a command with an argument.
