Public bug reported:
When dragging rectangles on the desktop (and sometimes when creating a
new folder/file), they screen freezes, flickers, goes black, and shows
some form of a console that takes keyboard input but does not appear to
accept commands (I'm new to this).
Possibly caused by ATI drivers; reproducible at will on my system.
Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron.
