As of hardy (8.04), it is possible to specify the index order of cards
using snd.ko's slots parameter.  In this case, if you want your audigy
to be default/primary, you would have "options snd slots=snd-emu10k1
,snd-intel8x0" in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.
