Public bug reported:
when installing ncurses ,ncurses-dev and evm-ncurses ,after rebooting
,partitions other than you root "/ " are not mounted.
Even when you try to mount them manually from a failsafe terminal ,the system
echoes that partition is busy and that it can't be mounted !
