Public bug reported:
libvirt starts its own dnsmasq using only command line arguments. Being
able to specify an extra configuration file in the network definition
would be helpful: adding new dnsmasq options wouldn't require hacking
libvirt code (eg: set a specific domain name for the vmnet).
