sox version 14.0.1-2build1 now depends on all of the packages that were
previously listed in the Suggests field. As a result, I am changing the
status of this bug to 'Fix Released'. The Depends and Suggests fields
now look look like this:
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.4), libltdl3 (>= 1.5.2-2), libsamplerate0, libsox-fmt-alsa
| libsox-fmt-ao | libsox-fmt-oss, libsox-fmt-base, libsox0
Suggests: libsox-fmt-all
