Public bug reported:
Several people are having trouble getting their Netgear dongle to work
in the new version of Ubuntu, 8.04, when it worked in the previous
Gutsy.
In my particular case, I can get the wireless dongle recognized using
ndiswrapper and ndisgtk, loading the wg11t.inf and the atheros drivers.
The dongle can detect wireless networks, and connect to the home
network, but there is no internet connection.
